Hotel Grand Palace, Kodaikanal

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the front desk staff, especially Pavitra Priya and Satish, were incredibly humble and responsible, making the reception service enjoyable. On the other hand, I encountered some frustrating moments with security, particularly Kalyanasundaram, and the general manager was quite rude during our stay. Overall, there were positive aspects but room for improvement in customer service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its clean and comfortable environment along with the beautiful natural surroundings close to Kodaikanal Lake. The staff were exceptional, particularly in terms of their hospitality and the care they provided during a difficult situation. However, it would have been nice if the dining options were more varied and if parking was more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience at a location that felt both safe and welcoming.
